The purchasing process
Introduction
During the no-obligation intake we discuss the possibilities, your wishes and answer your questions, we also advise you on locations and practical matters to find your dream home together.
Viewings
Your broker will make appointments for the homes you want to see and guide you during the viewing. Furthermore, the broker will assess the home with regard to the structural condition, the state of maintenance, the deviation level and the legal aspects, the broker will also give an opinion on the price-quality ratio of the home.
Negotiation/Purchase agreement
Professional negotiation for you as a buyer with the (broker of) the seller with the aim of realizing the best and most realistic purchase price. Guiding and advising on the legal part of the purchase process such as determining the delivery date, including any suspensive conditions in the purchase deed, the content of deeds and the choice of your notary.
Purchase agreement
Once signed for you, we will check all documents relating to the property, such as the energy label, maintenance information, VvE documents, etc.
Inspection
Before the transfer, you as a buyer have the right to inspect the property. During this inspection, we will walk through the property together before you are officially the owner.
